43% of Brazilian mobile network users do not consider M-Payment secure

A recent survey by Brazilian e-payment provider Pagtel and media analysts E.Life shows that a significant portion, or 43%, of mobile internet-enabled device owners in the country do not attempt to make purchases through these devices for not considering these methods secure.

The research also point out to other reasons customers avoid using M-payment, such as poorly formatted shop websites for smaller screens, difficulty in the purchasing process and preference to PC's for these transactions.
