Android OS has 91.6% market share in Brazil

Data from recently published Nielsen Mobile Report indicates that Android Operating System has market dominance in Brazil, with over 91% of mobile devices in the country.

According to research results, found in a presentation for the Mobile Marketing Association Brazil Forum, Apple iOS is tied to Windows phone at 2.0% and 1.8% each, with Microsoft's OS about to overcome it considering the recent higher sales numbers. Symbian also appears on the results at 0.9% and Blackberry OS turns out a negligible 0.0%.
