Brazil held 46% of investment in IT in LATAM during 2014

Data from a presentation by ABES Software, or the Brazilian Software Companies Association, shows that investment in IT in the country during 2014 accounted for USD 59,9 billion, or 46% of all investment for this sector in Latin America.

According to the statistics from market data provider IDC, the segment of hardware gathered the most investment during the year, at USD 34,8 billion, followed by services, with USD 14 billion, and software, with 11,2 billion.
